Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kate & Aud. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@kateandaud.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning your item. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or washed. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
